When you initially go gluten-free and do that first pantry purge to get rid of all the foods you can no longer eat, it can feel very overwhelming. We had to cut gluten, dairy and soy and at first I was worried that there would be nothing left. The good news though, is that there are plenty of options available of yummy foods to keep a well-stocked pantry.
